Turning Trade Receivables Platform into a SaaS Solution with Complimentary Modules
Following our advanced experience in designing and operating receivables and payables financing programs for clients, KS-TF AG (KSTF) decided to go a step further: developing a suite of proprietary software solutions designed to help key clients efficiently operate their trade finance programs on their own.
The KSTF tools empower clients to take full control of their programs’ management, providing a streamlined, ready-to-deploy alternative to the complexities of building in-house applications or relying on external servicing companies.
Our modular software suite is designed to accelerate timelines, reduce operational risks, and offer flexibility:
- TPS – Trade Programs Servicing: Trade finance transaction tool for processing receivables and payables programs. TPS is highly customisable to clients’ requirements with automated processes, alerts and notifications.
- FMT – Financial Management Tool: Financial analysis tool with dedicated interfaces for spreading and methodologies selection. It allows for a comprehensive, multipurpose financial assessment of corporations, accommodating different accounting standards and risk profiles.
- CMT – Compliance Management Tool: Innovative onboarding and compliance tool with digital checks on counterparties for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Costumer (KYC), sanctions screening, and customisable workflows for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). CMT enables ongoing compliance monitoring following best practices and regulatory recommendations.
- OMT – Operations Management Tool: Artificial intelligence (AI) tool that can be integrated to TPS, CMT and/or FMT. It reduces operational workload through data analysis, enhanced automation and facilitating seamless information access for users.
All modules, TPS, CMT and FMT, can operate as standalone solutions or as fully integrated. Each module is customisable to each key clients’ specific requirements and can be deployed within the clients’ technical environment (on-site) or managed as a software as a service (SaaS) or in a combination.

KSTF offers selected key clients the opportunity to customise our tools to meet their specific needs – whether they are corporations, financial institutions, asset managers or FinTechs. Each client is supported by a dedicated relationship manager who oversees the initial tool customisation and provides ongoing assistance for future enhancements. As a result, our clients will benefit from improved operational efficiency, faster processing times and optimised staff performance.
